Exclusivity & Artist's Private Collection

Every commissioned painting is created as a unique, one-of-a-kind original artwork.

Unless otherwise agreed with the client, no additional reproductions or prints will be produced or offered for sale.

However, one fine art print of each commissioned painting will be produced and retained exclusively by Terence Olenroot as part of his personal art collection. This print will not be offered for sale and remains the property of the artist.

Payment & Commission Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of commissioned artworks, full payment is required before the creation process begins.

All commissioned artworks are custom-made and therefore non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Production Time & Waiting List

Each commissioned painting is typically completed within approximately 10 days once the painting process begins.

As every artwork is individually hand-painted, commissions are completed in order of availability. Depending on the number of existing orders, new clients may be placed on a waiting list.

The estimated production schedule and delivery date will be discussed and agreed upon individually with each client before the commission begins.

This ensures that every artwork receives the time, attention and craftsmanship it deserves, without compromising on quality.

Shipping & Delivery

Once the artwork is completed and ready for dispatch, it is carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation.

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium generally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated separately.

Your Vision, Your Artwork

Whether it is a historic karting moment, a personal racing memory or an iconic motorsport machine, each artwork is created with a strong focus on atmosphere, realism, dramatic lighting and emotional impact.
